1. LAN
  - Category 5 cable
- For buildings with existing LAN lines (Broadband ready)
2. Telephone Lines
  - For residences or buildings with existing wired telephone lines which can be used as a phoneline network supporting both normal telephone calls and internet access simultaneously
- Systems that enables data communication on the telephone line include Mini DSLAM (Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer), HomePNA (Home Phoneline Network Alliance) Equipment
3. Wireless
  - For wireless access in public areas such as airports, hotels, shopping malls or even offices with wired LAN
- echnology for wireless access includes Standard Wireless LAN (WLAN): IEEE 802.11a, 802.11b, Non-Standard Wireless LAN, Home RF, Blue Tooth
4. Power Line Communications
  - For Internet access over the power supply line in the home or office, Internet can be accessed directly through the power outlet
- Applications include Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), Home Automation, Smart Appliance

  - For hotels or buildings with existing coaxial cable TV wiring
